Policies
- All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. If we cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule and avoid fees.
- Same-day reschedules and additional reschedules after one free change incur a $20 fee.
- No-call, no-show appointments require a full payment to rebook and are subject to availability.
- All services are final and non-refundable. Pricing may increase for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglected vehicles.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle and reserve the right to refuse service.
